1. REFUNDS

Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

ALL custom products (custom wigs and coloring) are FINAL SALE.

If the listed conditions are not met, Slay Baddie Hair Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. RETURNS

To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at slaybaddiehelp@gmail.com. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping.
